Challenge

Make Charles Stegmaier proud. Restore this beer to its former glory by bringing back the heritage, quality and quirkiness Stegmaier was known for back in the day.

Solution

A serious identity upgrade and high quality materials and printing were at the heart of this redesign. Hand-drawn type gave stature and quirkiness to the Stegmaier logo. A trio of foils help establish the premium nature of the brand, in addition to graphic elements like crests and medals specific to the brand’s longstanding heritage. Practically, back labels were eliminated and a spot neck label helped reduce costs to allow for the use of foil.
